Here's a couple of swings from today
The 'swing left' is starting to kick in, the extension into PV5 is getting there and the head is not hanging as back as much (still hanging back).
Still plenty of work to do.

Really like the tempo of your swing, but then again, always have. Are you still working with Ted? Is learning the ABS methodology compatible with what you learned from Ted or do you pick and choose different components you like?
Thanks for the kind words. I no longer work with Ted in part because I now live in Orlando and Ted is located in Atlanta. ABS pretty much requires a flat downswing. The other stuff, you can figure out what works best for you by doing the exercises. A lot of it is 'connect the dots' type stuff.
