Nice find. What I take away from that is that good players don't necessarily what they were doing. Because what they feel is different from what's actually going on. But the important part is what they feel.

The motion exhibited here is the instinct of these great players to lower their center of gravity and use the ground as resistance (push off)...just like many great athletes...they are simply getting ready to JUMP!

Good points. I think also that if you place your cursor over a spot approximating the top of the spine/base of the neck at address, you will see that the effective "drop" is much less than it appears.
