The point of this video is this:
Typically a golfer who moves the ball back in their stance will also steepen their attack angle. Conversely, when a golfer moves the ball forward, they will typically shallow out the attack angle. However, there are other ways to change the attack angle. So in this video, the golfer is demonstrating that he can produce a shallower attack angle by moving the ball back in his stance and vice versa.
