Not ...S&T is defined by the creator as S&T. Not a swinger or hitter pattern, perhaps both. If you are familiar with MORAD, it is close first cousin of CF.<br />Btw, Richie, this drill will help tons of ppl who enters S&T and struggle due to their lack of knowledge.
